Happy 5th Birthday Landry!

Our baby girl turned 5 on December 2nd.  Let's just say she was so excited to be 5 and Momma and Daddy wish time would stand still.  She's at such a fun age.  There's not a day that goes by that she doesn't make us laugh and smile.  She truly loves life and is a ball of goofy fun.  She has no fear and is willing to try pretty much anything, except certain foods.

We love you to the moon and back.  Don't ever stop laughing.  Go for what you want and never give up on your dreams!  Know that Mommy, Daddy, and Addison love you very very much.

With Landry's birthday being on December 2nd, we decided to have her birthday in November so that more of her friends could show up before the Christmas craziness.  She had a blast!!!  There's that smile we love so much.

Perfect form
Can't get enough of that smile.  I don't think she stopped smiling all day.

On her actual birthday, we decorated her door with streamers and balloons!  Good morning 5 year old.
At MDO the class sang to her and she brought cupcakes for the class to enjoy!

Nashville

This past summer, Jordan and I decided to check off a trip on our bucket list.  We've always wanted to go to Nashville for a long weekend to just relax and listen to good country music.  We had a blast.  We came back a better couple and better parents.  Nashville is definitely on the list to go back for a long weekend.
First afternoon out and about
Dinner at Flemings
Vanderbilt Basketball Game - Their court is setup to where the teams sit on the end of the court.
Parthenon
Afternoon naps
Dave Ramsey - We took on a lot of his philosophies early on in our marriage (thanks babe) which has allowed us financial freedom.  We have been blessed many times over from his teachings.

TAMU vs Vanderbilt - Let's just say we left at halftime because it was so cold.

The girls are both starting to learn how to take selfies.
"Take my picture" she said.
We get the pleasure of keeping this sweet girl every now and then.  Love how she gets so excited to go pick Landry and Addison up from school.

Landry had her Winter Choir Concert for church.  She and Jax did a great job.  It was so funny to watch the "old married couple" sing.
My heart melts when I get to watch the kids sing song of praise.  They love church and that makes me so happy.  They are joyous with their praise.
Light Farms finished building a sand volleyball court for the neighborhood.  It's right by the elementary school, so after school it has turned into a sandbox for the kiddos.
HOA put on a Princess Party one night.  Unfortunately Addison didn't feel good that night, so Landry went by herself.  It's so cute to watch the girls amazement with the princesses.

We went to New Boston for Thanksgiving this year.  It was great to slow down and enjoy the country for a while.  I hadn't been home since July, so I was due for a trip.  Pretty sure my family was ready for us to come home.
Papa & Landry riding the mini motorcycle.  It brings back memories of when I used to go on Harley rides with Papa when I was in middle school.
Watching big sister play soccer on a very cold, windy Saturday morning.

Thanksgiving Feast for Addison at Light Farms Elementary
Grandparents were invited to attend, so MeeMaw took on the duty.  Addison loved it.
